A passionate advocate for empowering others, Alisha initiated the "Lady Warriors" organization. Their mission is to uplift women through social initiatives, fostering connections between youth and the community. Lady Warriors actively combat juvenile recidivism, promote literacy, and work towards increasing women's ownership of homes and businesses, all with the aim of challenging societal narratives and driving positive change.
