Plenty and still working with some from two years ago - getting prepared financially :) I have several lenders here that are fabulous in helping me maintain our relations over many of years communication and drip emails are the key to my success so far.... This year I have closed 6 that were leads of mine from 3 years ago....have 11 more on the roster to close this year. Between recommended lenders, title companies and vendors I share...builds the buyers and sellers education process so they feel confident and it builds trust. I do not cover all of their questions so I need to branch out.
I find I develop sincere long term business relations and the referral tree is plentiful!
In regard all the first time home buyers I work with - even buyers that have owned for sometime are considered to be 1st timers again, for the process and docs have changed since the last time they purchased.....therefore, time exercise their training of the process :) I don't always get what I wish for - but I do reap the rewards of what I work for!
