They schedule an appointment, they were here before the schedule time but waited in their vehicle, then came in explained what kind of showers they offer and then went and looked at my bathroom, took measurements and before you know it they were in and out in a flash.

The responsibility is shared. Compliance, Safety and Accountability Points (CSA Points) are part of a safety enforcement program administered by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. The FMCSA regulates commercial vehicles, and its CSA program is designed to ensure that drivers and their employers are complying with safety standards.
Under the program, points are assessed anytime a violation occurs, so fleets want to have scores that are as low as possible. While different violations have different point values, there is no specific score that leads to action on the part of the FMCSA. Fleets are ranked based on their points totals, and the closer to the bottom of the rankings a fleet is, the more likely it is to face potential further action from the FMCSA.
Common infractions are listed within broader subcategories along with their point values and designations under the electronic code of federal regulations.
