In 2021, I felt a call to realign my work with what truly mattered. After 26 fulfilling years as an administrative assistant in healthcare, I knew it was time to reshape my career around my values: service, connection, and balance.
Fueled by a deep desire to help others, I recognized that my strengths in organization, communication, and efficiency could make a greater impact beyond the traditional office. At the same time, I wanted to be more present for my aging parent - a priority that reminded me that time is our most valuable resource.
That realization inspired my transition into becoming a Virtual Concierge. It was more than a career change - it was the start of a mission: to provide busy professionals with the reliable, thoughtful support they need to reclaim their time and focus on what matters most.
