I can not answer this question because i have never been in this position. However, I would recommend that you try to go to another service that does what you do and sell to them your client list. Actually I would do both. I mean I would send paper letters to the clients and also send out email letters. Reason for this is that the paper letters would show to my clients a vested and a personal intrest and make them feel important and special. The email blast would also be sent because a lot...

The email blast would also be sent because a lot of people really don't take the time out to read actual mail anymore. So the email is to ensure the message was relayed and recieved.
Simple offer rebates or discounts on the top sellers and even bigger deals on services that do not move as well.Also you can provide deals to customers who refer you to NEW customers for a limited time.

The best way to get a hold of a contract is to simply go door to door with fliers and business cards. Ask to speak with the person who is in charge of that area and introduce yourself and inform them of what you have to offer. Also have a portfolio of your work and letters of recommendations....

Know your prices and ask if they provide inhousee services or if they outsource. Then simply go from there

The bottom line is that each job site is different and because of this simple but true fact, each jobs pricing must reflect the difference. Most people try to base pricing on the square footage but in reality the surface area to be cleaned is usually a lot smaller. So try to base your pricing on the job and the time needed to complete the requested job. This is not a 100% that you will get the job but it does allow the potential customer know that you are not charging for work that's not being done.
