How We Got Started

CompuScan was formerly Scan Data (microfilm) emerged as a result of our customers desires. Major Oil Company ARCO desired Compuscan to scan there documents as a service. They were Unix but Mgmt desired PC application, this was in 1994, asked that we pursuit Windows 3.1 and OS platform and to come with a PC Document Management solution. So we did. Result our UBiQuati product emerged, then we had a relationship with Xerox, became leading provider connection with their docutech scanning equipment. With aid from XEROX our customers spread coast to coast from Military, State, City and Indian Nation prevalent (Casinos) Major business as Wyhdham Hotels, US Naval Warfare CTR, DFW airport and Cash America. Today we have small and Enterprise solutions, added many features, changed software code to work with the times and look forward to a bright future.

Brick and mortar will survive because consumers are very impatient when products they purchase over the internet do not fit or work and many other reasons. However if returns can be instantaneous and with out cost for return.  Brick and Mortar          will survive with poor timely services... I do not use any CRM but I have heard good things from Salesforce and Zoho. There are several. I am old fashion and use outlook using Task scheduler etc., Sorry I donot know if this helps.
