The family can choose to pay off the debt as well if they wish to keep the home in the end. I do not know the charges or fees related to a pay off, so I would ask about that.

Its not A decision. Professional photos on everything because its your business you are advertising. A FLIP/trasher might get decent phone photos. and not a professional shoot.

In other words, head out to the area's Brokers tour that you really want to work with, sponsor breakfast and meet some agents. I am of course talking about a small group of agents, but this is the quickest way to move forward with us. Be smart and give them stats on why it works best and how it improves sales, and the Deal they are getting. If you are looking at marketing to the larger group, well that would depend on the State and region and how they distribute information. Best of luck and great idea
