How We Got Started
Focused Leadership Consulting was born out of a decades long journey of leadership, learning, personal development and growth, in service to purposeful leadership. FLC was established in 2005 and has served leaders in companies large and small; nonprofits; hospitals and clinics, higher education and government. We are passionate about seeing and surfacing the innate greatness in our clients.
