On the lending side we have been a bit more fortunate having the ability to also service refinance clients. Any initial downturn in new home buyer applications I experienced was certainly offset with past clients reaching out to take advantage of these amazingly low interest rates. 
Over the last week I have seen an enormous uptick in new clients reaching out to me. I think due to a mixture of buyers beginning to get comfortable with starting the process up again, and many of the big banks tightening their guidelines. 

Having access to dozens of lenders has proven to be an enormous benefit for my clients, my referral partners and my business during these turmoil times.
