I am an NATA certified athletic trainer, massage therapist, and LANA certified lymphedema therapist with 30 years experience in outpatient rehabilitation. In addition, I hold a Masters in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Gerontology and I am certified ayurvedic practitioner. I currently see individuals on a one-on-one basis for manual therapy and exercise instruction as it relates to orthopedic, voice, neurological, and lymphatic conditions. There are 2 locations to serve you, Downtown Fort Worth and Carrollton. Group classes for Tai Chi for Health programs are also offered in the Fort Worth location.
