In our business of getting wrecked cars fixed and back on the road the customer must always come first.  If we and the insurance company don't agree with a repair we feel is required we will go to bat on behalf of the client to ensure there are no safety issues when their vehicle leaves our shop.  There are some shops that take what the insurance will pay and make do with it but we will argue and supplement claims until we're satisfied that the customer benefits.  In this day and age of volume vs quality when it comes to repairing vehicles we will always choose quality and yet we still find customers complaining that other "popular" shops have a 2 month minimum wait period!
