If you do not have a Turkey, it will not feel like Thanksgiving to me anyway, as I have had one as the centerpiece of our table as far back as I remember. A lot of other side dishes to complement it, but Turkey is the star of the show.

Homemade cranberry sauce. Last year I added a bit of rosemary with the cranberries and orange peel. MMMM.
I have to have dressing with my fried turkey, mac n cheese , mashed potatoes, bread rolls & cranberry sauce all driszled with gravy
