I have been working in manufacturing business for 4 decades with my family. I started working for a manufacturing company in 1980, after a decade working in Sales, Marketing I reached the top and I managed the steel division which covers the majority of the sales revenues for the company. After 10+ yrs working there, I learned everything from Prototypes to productions and I wanted to do more for my career. I went back to college and I earned my Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in 05/1993 from Western State University, College of Law in Fullerton, CA. I worked for 10 years as an Educator and opened my Post Education Paralegal School to train new lawyers and paralegals to handle the cases from the begining to end and how to use computer legal software to help them in their workload. Then I went into business with my children, one of whom is a lawyer and we handle the contract negotiation and the legal department for our family business. After 20 yrs in contract manufacturing in oral care, skin care, OTC products, I have seen the changes and love to offer my vast experience from formula creation to branding. In another word, I can help bring the concept to a finished product to be put on the shelf in a few weeks. Sadly, one of my partner-son passed away by suicide, I took over the operation entirely, from marketing to production, and now I want to network on this platform to bring you the best products at the most effective way with saving time and money. I was an investor in real estate and an experienced broker, I bought and sold properties a dozen of them at a time and I renovated them or staged them for resale.
