Hi Kevin, congrats! That is very exciting to be investing in Texas properties. They can definitely be a great source of income. My recommendation: Be sure to consider a cost segregation study as part of your tax strategy. This will help you accelerate depreciation so you can preserve your wealth (and keep more cash in your pocket today!)
