I do not list my cell number.  I have all my business products in a platform that unites all my activities so if I am not at my listed office number the calls will be directed to my cell along with my emails.  When I call from my cell, the platform I use shows the number as my office number so no cell number is listed.  When I gave out my cell number I found that many clients felt it necessary to "text" me instead of calling into our helpdesk to properly open up a work ticket and that delays response time for everyone involved.  Most businesses can easily use their cell phones to conduct business, but in order to meet our SLA for response times we need a call to the main number (helpdesk number), an email that auto-opens a ticket in the helpdesk system, or them to click on the ticketing agent residing on their desktop; none of which include texts that may not get viewed or calls that cannot be answered during client-facing events.

No! I do not use my personal mobile number on my business card. I use RingCentral for my office phone service. They provide me with texting, calling, and faxing service. My messages are recorded in their cloud server and each called is answered by an automated message. Say I run a campaign with PostCardMania for an adverting launch. They provide me with a phone number to track the calls I receive for this campaign. The number is specific for the campaign I am running. That way I can track the activity the campaign is generating and adjust accordingly.

Yes I do, along with my direct office phone number.

When I first started my business, I was putting my cell phone number down.  I found it hard to know when I was getting a business call or a personal call.  I decided to start off with a number from google voice (now I use smartline from Go Daddy).  I had my number ported over from google voice so that I didn’t have to change the number.  This number can be linked to your cell phone number and will ring your cell phone, but you will know if it is a business call because any call made on the business number will so a smartline screen on your phone.  You can also set your business hours in the settings so that business calls don’t come through during your down time.  You can also set up a business voicemail for your business number.

Always!  Have shared cell phone number since 1990 and I find that people are respectful (of course you have to be as well). This says you are available for them (when you follow thru and call back).

Don't do what a friend of mine does; his voice mail is full, I can't leave a message and he never calls back unless I text him.  I find the you communicate with people the way they want - email, letter, messenger, text . . . Is about other people not about you!

I never put my actual cell number on my business card. Instead what I do is create a Google Voice number with a local are code. I then list that number.

There are several benefits of doing this:

You download the google app and have these  calls go to your cell phone without giving your cell number out.

You are able to keep personal calls and business calls separate while using the same phone. No need to carry two.

You can forward this number to multiple reps or have it ring on multiple cell phones. So let’s say you wanted to go on vacation but still wanted the calls answered. You could set the number to call a secretary or anyone else who could answer and take messages.

Yes I publish my cell phone an business and all other forms of advertising.  If you serious about all that goes with the real estate business you must be attentive to calls.  If you need to have a 2nd personal line use it but designate one phone to be your business line.  If you are burned out, sick or on vacation leave that message on your Voice mail message.  We all need a break at times but be clear with your communications. Don't ignore clients.

I have call forwarding on my office telephone landline. I forward my landline to my cell phone without publishing it. At my will, I can receive direct or forwarded calls on my cell phone at any time.

we don't publish our cell phones, but anytime someone calls our office I get an email with a transcription of the call. that way I can quickly call back if it is a patient and ignore all the solicitation calls.  All those marketers who use robot calls to call doctor office need to stop!
