I do not list my cell number.  I have all my business products in a platform that unites all my activities so if I am not at my listed office number the calls will be directed to my cell along with my emails.  When I call from my cell, the platform I use shows the number as my office number so no cell number is listed.  When I gave out my cell number I found that many clients felt it necessary to "text" me instead of calling into our helpdesk to properly open up a work ticket and that delays response time for everyone involved.  Most businesses can easily use their cell phones to conduct business, but in order to meet our SLA for response times we need a call to the main number (helpdesk number), an email that auto-opens a ticket in the helpdesk system, or them to click on the ticketing agent residing on their desktop; none of which include texts that may not get viewed or calls that cannot be answered during client-facing events.
