Especially Commission Based Employees; which they could make a higher Income in that positon!!
I find that hiring in general has become more and more difficult. Good ethics and Integrity are hard to come by these days! We have a smaller, dependable team of loyal people that grow as we grow and only hire part time additions. This way everyone gets the schedule they like. Keeping the long time employees happy is our key to a strong team!
My industry is very transient. Bakers, wanna be chefs and cooks, I have found love to hop around from job to job, and they can.

I have found indeed.com to be a good place to advertise part time positions. It as resulted in many applicants to an offered job.
