Schein is both provider and support.
We use a company that services all our IT needs. Support, lease of equipment, etc.
Local company and support from software company
I have a IT person that I can call on and he responds very quickly. My biggest software needs are varied, but when I have issues they can be a big interruption to my daily routine.
Our office parters with other offices. We have our own IT department. We reach out to each other for support

We have an IT maintenance/support contract. Biggest needs are specialty software connecting with our xray machinery and seamlessly connecting EMR and two offices.
We have a Maintenance contract with the software provider;Internet is dealt with the internet provider so I would say our IT are covered though contracts with the companies that provide services to the office although it would be good to have a company that could make preventive maintenance actions
We currently use NC Techheads for all our IT needs
I work with Murph consulting ...they are responsive and helpful . I highly recommend. They know dentrix well and help with any problems I’ve had .
