Currently we use a company called DT Partners out of Atlanta. They are experts with our software (Dentrix). Our biggest need is to keep our data safe and secure.  Also to keep our office up with the fasted internet speed all at a reasonable cost. This company is pretty efficient on their making sure customer support is on point.

I have a local IT company that handles everything as well.

We  have a team member that can handle the day to day issues that inevitably come up. Technology is great, but those pushing the buttons must know how to trouble shoot.  We  also have an "IT" fellow from Henry Schein who set up all of our computers & tech & who we call for more serious support & assistance.

We have a yearly software contract with our dental office mgmt  company MacPractice, Lincoln NE.  We use a local person for hardware, backup and some software help, Mac Heros out of Liberty Mo.  I personally do day to day computer maintenance and trouble shooting on our apple/Mac office.

I have a local IT company that takes care of all our needs.

90% of dental software is written for the maintenance of the internal procedural and financial processes. They are not written to play a role in developing and tracking the results of external marketing. Pathetic.

In addition, software support does not really exist unless you develop your own IT relationshiops. I have and it is good but not perfect. Sometimes hard to get a response but knows his stuff.

I have a great IT company that services my computers.  He can look remotely and check on the computers and the backup.  It is tremendously helpful!
