Of course water is critically important. Two points - 1) drink clean water! Get the chlorine, fluoride, heavy metals, trihalomethanes out. Properly mineralized and Hydrogen infused are good measures. 2) Did you know that the efficiency of the hydration of your body is intimately connected to the integrity of your structural collagen? Genacol Aminolock Collagen is the best choice. I personally use their new eggshell membrane product with fantastic results.
All are welcome to contact me with more on this. Good day!
Not only do I enjoy drinking water, I understand the importance it has to the body. Through my own experience when I wasn’t drinking enough, I had headaches that were severe on the right side of my head. It would be swollen. That scared me, but it was due to a combination of muscular influence and dehydration. Water is the first fluid I intake every morning then I drink my coffee. I make every attempt to balance this out as I do love coffee. My body responds in a positive manner when I consume water. I encourage my clients to continue to drink water regularly in order to improve their health.

I do enjoy drinking water. I am a MELT Instructor, so I teach people how to recognize dehydration (stuck stress) in their connective tissue. I encourage my clients to always keep a water bottle handy and sip water throughout the day. I also encourage them to use citrus or cucumber/mint or something like that to flavor infuse their water naturally if they don't enjoy drinking water from the tap. But, I'll admit, I live in Oregon, and we are water drinkers out here. :-)
Yes, I enjoy drinking water every day because of the many health benefits. It's a healthy habit I learned on the health program that helped me lose 90 pounds, the same health program I now coach. Time to drink some more water!💧😍💧
There is nothing more essential to your health than drinking clean/pure natural water. Unfortunately what is coming out of our faucets is anything but clean/pure. Buying water in plastic bottles isn't much better. Best is to use a well-researched water filtration system. I recommend Berkey to my patients, but it must be properly installed and primed. I use it myself and am very pleased with the results. And don't neglect the shower filter as well, the skin is the largest organ of the body, the water you shower in is water you are drinking.
Sipping Water to Stop Panic: As a hypnotherapist I work with people who have panic attacks. I came up with a really easy to use plan to stop the panic cycle and it includes taking a sip of water and saying a few simple words, it really does help to stop the panic. So the answer is a big yes, water is my go to drink for myself as well. I really appreciated the list of things that lack of water can create - a big reminder to drink water for many other reasons in addition to calming a panicking mind.
I do enjoy drinking water ...but beyond that water is essential to our health. Dehydration is very dangerous, and it happens very quickly.. if you are feeeling very thirsty, you are probably dehydrated. Winter tends to be dry, But when people are cold they do not typically think of themselves as getting dehydrated and typically don’t feel like drinking something cold.. so warm your water! I do not recommend alkaline water, but rather spring water as minerals are also essential. Drinking alkaline water daily will disrupt your micro biome.. a little is ok, but not everyday. There’s a huge misconception about it and I will be doing some classes to educate people on the differences. It’s most important to maintain a healthy balance between acidity and alkalinity… If your environment in your gut Is not balanced then you are not absorbing properly… and It’s all about what we absorb! you need to be able to absorb nutrients from your food your supplements and any medications you may be taking. So yes, I do enjoy drinking water! I realize it’s difficult for some people… But try infusing your water which mint. with lemon, Or other herbs , fruit and botanicals..It makes drinking water a more pleasant experience for those who have a difficult time with it.
No. But I do drink one third my body weight or more every day. Unless I'm outdoors in the heat then its much more. I also drink herb teas in the evenings.

In fact, that is really all I drink. It has to be spring or well filtrated and about 7.2, neutral. This is what I teach to patients too!
