I use a scheduling app for social media posts. I use Later because it is free but Tailwind is nice if you want to pay for the extra features. When I have a new series of photos ready I write up my posts and schedule them to post a new one every day. I have lists of hashtags that I paste in for Instagram. This way I only have to put aside time once a week to post and then I check them daily to respond to comments.
I check my in box for messages that are personal, I check for messages and request that are professional or business related and I delete anything and everything that is offensive, immoral or vulgar. It is social media. I find it beneficial to my business because it keeps me connected to old friends and allows me to connect with new ones. It is not a primary part of my operations so I check in but I don't have a routine. Sometimes social medial will allow me to get a new event blasted all over a specific area and sometimes I embrace the naysayers, and the negative Nancy's. Social media has it's benefits but I'd rather pay for a service to promote events rather than chase the same friends and business associates every other month. Sometimes with my box is overwhelmed with instant messages about a sale or an event it appears a little disparate. I saw that as a mild reflection of what I might be displaying in my business so I opted for a service to do mailings and it's possible to connect with the individuals in my social media accounts who might have an interest and stop posting to those who do not. BEST OF LUCK - EVERYONE. Service with a smile.
I usually check my emails and read world news in the morning, sitting on my sofa with my laptop next to my cup of coffee. Then I run errands, do housework, and write more of my new book on my laptop, "Selah and the Prisoner." Read more on my Blog: http://lonnalisawilliams.wordpress.com/
In a manner of speaking yes. We post twice per week on all social media platforms. Check and respond to messages daily. Answer questions on Alignable daily. Respond to postings 2-4 times per week. We are not highly regimental in our approach but we stay active throughout the week
I don’t like “routines”! My routine is to change things up to avoid ever feeling like I’m in a “routine” which is not truly “living”! Thanks, The Trainer (RN)*

Everything comes to the question again you afraid , forget to ask.
Do I get any results doing it? As Maury posted below.
Posting is ok. It's either taking money or time, someone spending both.
What's the reach on your post a day? 10 people or 500 .
Many posts you do on FB are not seen to others. Guess what others millions are doing? Posting sharing etc.
No smart millionaire on the planet checks his social media everyday.
