We typically meet with the client at their premises to discuss their needs.
If they are interested in proceeding we will then demonstrate the system in their own kitchen, filtering the oil in their fryers so they can see first hand the ease of operation and the amazing results.
After purchasing, on site follow up and service is provided within 24 hours of contact by the customer.
Depends on what their needs are. If they want a video done in front of a green screen, they come to me. If it's a testimonial or commercial it depends on their budget, how many effects they're wanting, and how involved the script is they have, or do I have to to create a script for them and see how that fits within their budget. Generally they come to me due to wanting all the "frills" if you will. Either way I give the client 100% of my time and energy and create the video they are hiring me to do.
This answer is both. When we had a business consultant, she met with us initially at our place of business. She needed to see the vibe, talk with other team members and so forth. After a while we started meeting at a neutral place -- which turned out to be a large coffee shop with lots of tables. It was central for both parties, avoided interruptions from our staff, and gave us the right atmosphere to address the problems at hand for which she was hired. I was recently asked to consult with a small business and he wanted to meet at a coffee shop for our first meeting. Instead, I suggested we meet at his location initially. There I was able to assess his organizational dynamics and his space needs that are affecting his ability to grow his business. If we were to continue meeting, I would suggest in the future a neutral space away from his shop.
We feature on site service for businesses so I typically go to their location. Once the relationship is established I may do some work from my office such as research, building a custom PC or server or ordering equipment. Our business is computers and computer networking so I need to visit the customer's site to evaluate their needs.
We are spa product distributors, but also spa consultants and advanced aesthetic educators. We do have a little training facility so small businesses come to us, but for a client like Tigh-an-mara, or Nordstrom, of course, we go to them. No matter what we do it needs to be all about our WHY. How can we help our client grow?
Depending on the service required, I will go to the client. For example, I service a Residential home in South Surrey. I prepare and file their taxes. These individuals sometimes are either physically unable to come to my office. So I set up appointments with each one and visit with them at the Residence.

I almost always go to the client
I usually go to the clients place of business, or meet at a convenient spot.
