Have you found leads through Nextdoor?

We currently do not rely on Nextdoor, HomeAdisor or Angie's list. The majority of our projects are repeat clients at about 80% with the remaining based on referrals and being out in the community on a business development platform.
We don't use HomeAdvisor for the same reason. Angie's List used to be good, but has since fallen by the wayside and leads are many, but very little in the way of prospects. Nextdoor and any community ListServe tend to be extremely good because they are homeowners referring their own contractors that they have used. Word-of-mouth, like these local neighborhood referrals, are still the best source of new leads that we receive.
As a homeowner I use Next Door to refer contractors and service people. It is really up to the homeowner to take the next step. I also use HomeAdvisor for contractor referrals and have found that some of the contractors never respond. So what do you consider a bogus lead? Someone has to ask for a referral. SAGC found that many of the homeowners had no clue what foundation repair services cost and really were not repairing to the level that the cost is, so HomeAdvisor was not a good source for referrals. As a homeowner I have gotten some really outrageous bids from contractors on HomeAdvisor and some really good ones too. It really depends on what types of services you are offering if HomeAdvisor is a good resource for referrals.
We have not tried them so we would not be able to comment on how they are.
NextDoor to us have been the best bc word of mouth and if I’m not mistaken think ever since HomeAdvisor bought out Angies List its been downhill
I think all of the lead for purchase deals are bad deals. I have had bad luck with both of those you mentioned.
Your best move is to buy new windows from me, refer all you network to me and forget about all the lead scams!

Nextdoor has been good from our perspective. Since it's highly localized, you'll be able to vet these people from classic networking.
The Best leads are word of mouth, so for that Nextdoor is good, YES. I look at all leads as a opportunity. The more hooks in the water the chances for good quality work increases as does your exposure in the communities.
Best leads you can get are the once from your past customers.
