I am always looking for other small businesses to partner with, small business owners need to stick together and see opportunities in EVERYTHING.
Word Of Advice: Do NOT be selfish, it is NOT always about your business and how to instantly sell other businesses you partner with on your services, it is about building relationships to help your existing and future customers by referring them to others...that in return makes you a trusted resource (and will eventually get you more business). 

For example, if I partner with a financial company, I may not need their services (and they know that through getting to know me and my business thoroughly), but I may have clients that need their services. I have a preferred partners list broken down by industry so that my clients know if they need something that I may not do, I know of others that do...I become that trusted resource and improve those relationships, and THAT is what is important to my customers and my partnerships with others.
And no, just because I meet someone once, that does NOT make them a partner, we stay in touch we get to know each other on a deeper level than just one meeting or a few networking groups. Just like with your customers you build that relationship and nurture it, and you must do the same with those you want to partner with.
