Governor Newsom signed an Executive Order yesterday 5/7/2020 on worker's compensation insurance.  Speak to your insurance broker about this in detail. The burden of proof is on the EMPLOYER and not the employee if he/she contracts virus in the course of their employment.

Sorry I can't help you with that, Transamerica does not provide commercial Liability.

A public notice at the entrance of your business declaring you are not responsible for any sickness or misfortunes will in your business. Put it in your own words.

The right type of insurance.

maybe have them wear masks and gloves

I would talk with an attorney about this. If you do not have one. I can help you with this at a cost that you can afford. Knowing are rights and responsibilities gives us peace of mind knowing that we have done the right thing.

Don't reopen until you feel safe
