Don't do a website in a box like Wix or any of those things, hire an agency to do it. They'll do it right and build it for now and the future. Once your website is up to date and you have the foundational SEO factors dealt with, then deal with backlinks. You can hire us if you like, however I found an agency in your area that looks like they're pretty good.

Before working on backlinks, i would update the website. Right now it is not mobile friendly. In order to get quality backlinks you need a quality website and quality content. Otherwise they will not link to you.

You mean web site links? I would use only links that make sense but limit them. Use links associated with your business regarding instructions, etc.
