Being sincere is what is important for my business. I think that customers find out sooner or later the intentions. Being honest with myself and with people is my signature. I have seen it from other very successful people and admire that quality.
Above all else, my entegrity. A close second, my knowledge on voluntary benefits.

Ethical...it's hard to get someone's trust, and just as hard to keep it. When you are looked at as someone who puts their clients needs ahead of your own, you are also much more likely to get referrals. Referrals are the result of ethical behavior.
In a small one-owner business, the owner is the business. Are you honest, cheerful and know what you’re doing? If so, then your business is also all those things! Obviously, the opposite of that also applies
First of all you are not going to please everyone, but even at that, it is best and the only way is to provide honest sincere customer service. Money is secondary, no amount of money will out-way the kindness from ones heart.
It's quite simple. Great, consistent food, provided by excellent customer service (always exceed their expectations) in a clean building and "word of mouth," will be your most cost effective advertising. Simple strategy, yet a great deal of work.

That I am supportive, competent, honest, and caring. And, hopefully, that clients were able to make their desired changes.
We get lots of referrals, we appreciate that we are known for our integrity, honesty, dependability, CARING and professionalism.

Publicly! With referrals and/or a review is good.
