Which is more cost effective? And are all the license processes the same?

If you are willing to put in 50-70 hour weeks go for it. It's not for "thin-skinned" sensitive people. Be prepared to work your ass off for little reward

Find a mentor who can guide you. Must have the passion for food first and foremost
Call The Environmental Health department and the New Braunfels Food Truck Association.
Small storefront restaurant is better to start. License is easy, you just have to go through the health department and obtain all proper license for you business. I hope this was helpful.
