This probably isn’t the answer your looking for but as I read your post i immediately thought about the potential value/benefit you could get by working with others who are working within a similar business. Perhaps if you were able to team up with a small group of people you could combine efforts and potentially being able to consolidate some is the business costs.     Also since work farms are eco minded, you could try to run a go-fund me campaign.  There are many people out there who are willing to support environmentally friendly business models 🙂

I concur with Jimmy Adams. He is correct in his comments. As an SBA focused mortgage brokerage firm, start up are ok, however, if your credit score is under 650 and the debt service coverage ratios are under 1.25, more than likely that would disqualify from an SBA loan.
