Can anyone recommend a crowdfunding page or any other way to get funding for a documentary?

I need help with funding. I have tried doing booster, Kickstarter, indie gogo and a couple others with no results.   Can anyone recommend a crowdfunding page or any other way to get funding for this documentary?

Hello,
I apologize for the late response, but there's a guide on here that might be helpful in an effort to get funding for future projects:

https://www.photoshelter.com/r...

https://www.seedandspark.com
is a crowdfunding site geared towards film.

However,  if you are having trouble on other sites,  you may want to reevaluate your pitch and the way you are structuring your campaign.

The most successful campaign I produced raised $25,000 in two days.  But the organizer made raising funds his primary job for months leading up to the official launch, getting investors to commit to supporting the campaign through the site when it went live. That large, initial showing of support in a short amount of time created a buzz which got him featured on the site and also got people who he had told and we're on the fence to pull the trigger.

I'd recommend doing something similar.

As the others have said, one of the best known ones is Kickstarter and a lot of success there for many people if you take the time to really lay out your plan and give good incentives to fund you! Another one is GoFundMe.

sorry i have never used or gone to such a vehical

I have seen better success with Kickstarter than other crowd funding outlets, but there could be others that perform better. If you have a fan base I’d recommend Patreon
