Where can a mortgage loan officer find training for his position?

If one is a new mortgage loan officer and wanted training,because there is no training to speak of at his current position. what does he/she do?

there are several online courses that you can find.  Cape School is one and Training Pro is another

It seems like the company hiring the person should be offering training classes. I haven’t seen any training course online. 

That is an excellent question, my advice would be to partner with an experienced successful loan officer in the beginning. This will allow you to, bring in business and learn in the process. 

It depends on what kind of training you are looking for.  Are you looking for training on entering loan information into the software system, or more sales training, or program type questions?
