Is anyone using automation in their business? Either internally with CRM, ERPs etc, or automations with marketing?

I've set up automation with e-commerce marketing campaigns, with email drip campaigns, and using things like Buffer to schedule social media. You can definitely make your life easier by creating content but breaking it into bite-size nuggets that are optimized for each social network. For CRM and ERPs, yes... that's the whole point is that it makes your life easier. Overall though, I don't generally like automation because you lose that human touch which is SO important these days. Everyone has tech skills now. Do they remember how to talk before they used tech?

I started using our platform as a customer and now promote it to any small business with a small marketing budget for Social Media.  It uses Ai to write the content, pulls a royalty free pic from library or businesses own pics, learns best times to post.

Once our engagement and conversations continued to rise and, I was all in.

Now I spend more time with customers.

I send simple demos for businesses to decide if it will work for them.

I use zapier to sync my google calendar with paymo and we use it to push CRM opportunity info into Slack notifications. What CRM are you using?

I have done a little with automation using to connect my Medium articles to auto-post to LinkedIn. I use Pipedream for that (plus a little JavaScript code). For my CRM I use Mautic, an open source marketing automation platform which integrates really well with WordPress.
