What do you use to organize your website and email?
So in my business' infancy, I used VistaPrint for my website and email. Talk about a rookie mistake! I have revamped my website on Yahoo! small business and it's so much better than what VP let me do. My emails are becoming a nightmare, as I am having a really hard time backing up my emails so that I can say adios to VP. They make it nearly impossible to do this. It's devious and it's wrong. So if anyone is considering using VP for email and website, think twice (three times if necessary...). This is a classic example of "don't do what I did!".

I use outlook for me email and I have a professional web designer for my website.
We use Google Apps (GSuite) for email and it's pretty simple to organize emails and setup.
We use Dreamhost for hosting our website and use Wordpress for our website blogging and content management. I would recommend, if using Wordpress you find a reputable company to manage it to avoid getting hacked (security) and to update on a consistent basis if this is not a skill you have. You can find small companies that manage the site for under $100/month.
My website is managed by a company owned by Thompson Reuters and they update the tax data on a daily basis. This saves me a lot of time and offers me no headaches. As for my email, I check it often daily and get rid of those emails that don't interest me.
