Constantly re-evaluating what isn't working and what is. If a process isn't working, fix it or dump it. If something is working, try to improve it. Invent something that doesn't yet exist (and then continue to re-evaluate THAT).
Resting on your laurels is stagnation. Stagnation means falling behind everyone else who continues to progress and move forward. Falling behind leads to failure.
Being totally transparent and honest. So all of my clients get exactly what I promised to save them money and grow their business. That ends up in me getting referrals from them and also growing my business

We haven't really zeroed in on just one strategy. But I think if we had a spokes model as pretty as WebMax, we'd be all set. Our Aunt Millie represents our company, and although she's a wealth of knowledge & experience, she's 92, and bless her heart, she looks it!
Understanding that half the battle is being out there. Having pokers in the fire, the more the better. There is no substitute for grinding it out and having a down and dirty work ethic! Through voluminous effort comes results. The harder I work the luckier I get!
