Well, there is no "one size fits all" answer to that question. I've seen some services for as low as $69. That typically includes 15 basic daytime photos. If you want hi-def, HD, twilight photos with excellent quality and effects, it can cost $300 or more. If you add in drone photography and/or home staging, the cost goes up from there. Same if you want a video or virtual tour. So it simply depends on how you want to showcase your listing.
I pay $100. to $200 for interior pictures and $100. to $200for exterior drone photos depending on location, size of home, etc. I do my own photos for most of my listings. Our MLS allows up to 150 photos and most professional photographers don't take that many, so I add my personal ones to focus on special features of a home, etc.
On average, $195 includes 35 photos (in three sizes) as well as a YouTube video. Of course there are many options to choose from to personalize each client for additional fees. The basic is $165.
$200 - $300 (interior and exterior) for an average residential property, but varies what's involved.
With all of the options available today, many are offering both packages and ala cart services, which allows the Realtor more flexibility when it comes to choosing the right tools to market the listing. Rather than looking for standard pricing, I look at price point of the listing and the audience that the property is best suited for. From there I pick the M & A routes which will then dictate the type of media package I use. Coldwell Banker agents also have "Listing Concierge" as a bundle service to market their listings. The three packages are quite comprehensive and very well priced.
Do not have a clue!
If just pictures $125 but if pictures + tour then 225 when they do it you get the top and bottom of the room everything that in the room.
It all depends on what services you are providing. For a basic shoot $150-$200
I do my own picture.
I represent many owners, brokers, and agents, and I've found that you definitely need to think hard. With drones, 3D, and walk-through, there's no longer a standard model. Until prices stabilize, and we know what each one as going to cost long-term, you'll have to carefully manage the property to the cost. And with so many tear-downs these days, my may only need a photograph and a plat.
