Most Photos I do Myself including Drone photography. In some cases where I need a specialist such as wide angle or edited versions, I will hire a recommended Photographer. I go to my mentors and or my highly respected Real Estate Broker and ask for a referral.

You need to log on to your MLS and go through listings and find photos that you like. Then contact the listing broker and get the photographer information from them. Just remember quality photos are reflection of the broker and future listings. So you're not only taking pictures of the listing you're representing yourself in your quality as a broker.

I used photographers through networking!

Our brokerage has an preferred photographer to understands the importance of why a great photos help sell a home and get more views!!!!  A great response was the realtor that suggested  calling the agent who listed a home with great photos. To compliment  that thought, some of the best luxury brokerages contract with top photographers. Might try calling the luxury brokerages as well

My current photographer is awesome!!! He is a friend that was taking pictures for another agent and ask me if he could take my pictures as well. I used him on a couple of listings and the pictures were incredible. If he was not my current photographer here is what I would do:

Look at listings and find pictures that I think are good. I contact the listing agent to find out who they used for the pictures...usually people are happy to share.

I'm of no help.  I'm an appraiser, and I take my own.  Sorry

Similarly if you use Flyers, use quality paper and photography on the Flyers because remember the first people who pull those out of the box are the neighbors and some potential for additional listings.

I've been using the same one for about 4 years now and am very happy with him. However I'm approached daily by real estate photographers who would like my business. I like these phone calls and e-mails. It's possible that my regular photographer won't be available when I need him and I have accumulated several contacts who can do the job.

Don't be shy, contact every real estate agent out there and grow your business! If they can't use your services they might know of someone who can.

If I didn't have a reserve of photographers I would Google "real estate photography."

We have a few photographers here in my town that specialize in real estate photography. Usually I send them a text message and ask for a specific day and time. They always respond quickly.

I ask other agents for recommendations and look at the work they've done for the agent.
