- Pick a location to sell at wholesale. Could be at a mall parking lot, outdoor for max visibility... hopefully is not raining. Use temp street signs like you see on Open Houses, use bright colors like Yellow and Red.

Give away with purchases discount coupons for further purchase at you stores or locations.

- Team up with small businesses so they offer your chocolates as gifts or compliment to their services, and the coupons.

Social Media ads and start as soon as possible. Most companies start looking for Christmas gifts right after Halloween. Temp your buyers with mouth watering pictures. No need for anything wordy when it comes to something as good as chocolate! Let the pictures talk for you.

Pay for ads in local media outlets, post on social media by posting ads, and word of mouth.

This certainly asks the question everyone wants to know: how do I sell my product? Go to meetings (chamber of commerce, other civic organizations) where you can give samples and show sample packaging. Find out who's doing local boutiques and get a table - but make sure everything looks like it would at the best chocolatiers in town. I find that print ads get me zero ROI. Social media is good. Yelp and NextDoor in particular have gotten me some work I otherwise would not have gotten.

Pictures! Pictures! Pictures! Post them on Facebook, Instagram and any other advertising venue or campaign. Offer different specials weekly to get people into your bakery and then your employees can promote them in person. Be sure to have a decorated box there for advertisement. Here's to a great holiday season of sales!

Any type of social media is always good for getting your name out there. Package some up ahead of time, take a picture and post with prices. Make different sizes so they can appeal to a wider range of customers. Keep it simple yet attractive. Also, if you have schools- maybe think about doing a fund raiser to get your product out there a bit more. Hope some of this helps. Best of luck to you! I LOVE the holidays!

Chocolates appeal to most people so I would suggest a multi channel campaign consisting of social media (SM), direct mail (DM), and emails (EM) with an emphasis on SM as it would get you the most visibility and brand equity for the buck; and yes we can help! Chocolate appeals to almost everyone; I would suggest a multi channel campaign that may include social media (SM), direct mail(DM), and emails(EM). I would emphasis SM as it would get you the most visibility abd brand equity for the buck; without actually sending boxes of your chocolates, the right combination of picture and words should do a great job...and yes, we can help. Instagram, send out a newsletter (mail chimp or similar) or get on a third party website (goldbelly, Amazon, etc).

For the holidays, few weeks before we have our holiday items in display in the store, so people will know and we offer to take orders and give them a discount if the place the order ahead.
