Since we have moved from catering to managing a guest house property of 7 individual units, we have a built in tool in our webpage that maintains an independent file for direct contact. Then for tech support, We are at the mercy of each program software support and the computer manufacturer to keep our equipment up, running, current and secure.

I am the wrong person to ask.  I am so computer challenged.  Luckily I have people that know what they are doing.  For the most part, I use Word and other things that I know.

This question is way too "technical" for me to answer.  Sorry.

We use caterease for all of front and back of the house management.

I have an IT guy I pay monthly, no issues works well !

Also have a director of operations does well  in social media , that helps sales

I do twitter lol 😝

We use Total Party Planner for handling all of our lead management from the initial contact through the planning process to closing out the event. TPP includes inventory/recipe mgmt, creates pack lists, calculates costs all while maintaining contact info for leads and clients. Tech support is online and their team is responsive to both issues and any new user suggestions

In house staff that have the skills and capabilities so I don't have to pay outside businesses.

Sorry dont have one. Usually ask website support to help me.

We have designed our own software that is amazing. Have tech support on payroll for all our needs. Moving it to the cloud now. All good in Cater-land!

Sorry. I can’t help you with that.
