Focus, frequency and consistency. Focus on a targeted market,be it by age, geography or other demographic.

Choose one or two mediums that will best reach your target. This will take some research and study.

Once you have chosen one or two vehicles to reach your market, make sure you are consistent and frequent. Don't bounce around stay consistent with the vehicle. Also, make sure you are getting your message out to your market often enough that they can't forget about you. If it is not frequent enough, they will forget you, and it doesn't take very long.

I have to market to low and income older people

They do not have teck skills. How do I reach them?

First and foremost, know your ideal customer and what their needs are.  This is known as a customer persona or customer avatar.  The more detail you have in defining exactly who your ideal customer is, the more easily you will be able to reach them and connect with them.

Understanding who your ideal customer is will help you get found by them more effectively and help you convert more sales.  Knowing where they spend time online will guide where you should spend your efforts.  Knowledge of their interests, hobbies and typical activities will help you in the language you use to market to them.

Be clear. Remember - if you confuse, you lose. Make sure people know exactly what you offer, how to get it, and what's at stake. If you're interested in learning more, let me know.

Branding being consistent with who you are visually as well as your message, SEO being able to be found organically by having all the fundamentals of having a good web presence. Advertising if you are a small business don't kid yourself thinking branding and SEO alone are going to get you where you need to be. Getting more traffic through Facebook and google Ads will accelerate the process and make your time and effort worth it.

One of the key elements is a well planned out direct mail campaign. Direct Mail is more relevant and effective then ever before in these pandemic times. Consumers spending much more time at home have more time to read their mail. Plus there is less competition in the mailbox. The tangible message cuts through all the noise of today's digital environment. Should definitely look into direct mail as part of your marketing mix!

A good marketing campaign must show why your company is of value to them!   I try to showcase what we offer in a colorful manner with actual physical examples.     During the pandemic, realize that we are all in the same boat and be patient - this too shall pass.  It may pass like a kidney stone, but it will pass!

The most important thing to know about running a successful marketing campaign is to have a well defined message that you are communicating. Without it, your communication will be so diverse and varied that your audience won't be able to understand why they should choose to use your business over your competitors. During the Pandemic, with more people spending time on their marketing than ever, it is critical to nail down your message(s) first, and to market second, so your business will stand out.

I. Know your customer. Get into your ideal client's head. Know what keeps him or her up at night. What's the huge problem your client wants to solve?

II. Address your ideal customer's pain points. You can go on and on about how your product or service is the best in the world. You can boast about how it's superior to your competitor's thing by leaps and bounds.

But what your customer wants to know is, "How does it benefit me?"

III. Make a huge promise. You have an offer that will change your client's life.

IV. Show proof. You made a giant promise, now show that you can keep it. Get client testimonials. Offer case studies. Quote reports from experts.

V. Make the offer irresistible. "Try it before you buy it." Lifetime warranty. Premiums - "Now how much would you pay?"

First and foremost, you need to have a good story. People aren't going to be interested in something that doesn't appeal to them.

Second, you're going to need to follow up with the decision-makers. Without that step, the rest of the Project's going to fail. People need to know who you are and what you do. If you can get that message out then it's a fail.

Finally, the project needs people to share the message on social media. You can reach a lot more people quickly then just traditional media.

Anyone who has questions about this can reach out to me for a conversation.
