What Choice Do You Make When Your Pet Needs Expensive Medical Care?

Pet medical care is really expensive and many times people are heartbreaking-forced to euthanize because they can't afford the treatments.

Google: pet insurance startup. Plan ahead.

If it was my pet, I'd do one of two things: already have pet insurance in place, or, put the cost on my credit card(s). A pet to me is and becomes part of our family and gets treated, my children say, often better than they are! www.klaceysphotography.com

Pet insurance is the answer. It's not expensive. I would not be without it. It pays for visits to the vet; teeth cleaning (annually) and testing. I wouldn't be without it.

I have medical insurance through PetsBest for both of my pups - got it when they were just a few months old. I've had to use them a few times for cancer treatment (around $6,000) and a broken tooth ($500).

I do everything that I can. My dog is part of my family. He is one of my kids.
