What do Realtors look for in a preferred lender partner?
Working as a Real Estate Broker for so many years, I know that basically a Realtor wants reliability and communication. What else makes them choose one lender over another to refer all their buyers?

let the buyer choose what lender they want to use. Sometimes they come in prequalified before they start looking.
By law an agent can not suggest just one lender she or he may like. They must provide a few options to the buyer but can not stear him to one or another
It would have to be being able to be creative to get loans done. And of course be able to get a loan done quickly.
