What do you do to relieve stress?

I am curious to hear what you do to relieve stress.  And have you ever been curious if there is a way to live a life primarily free of stress, pain, anxiety and tension?  Hint there is🤗

Everyone here cites "herbs and meditation for stress" without being specific. And we KNOW that they mean Cannabis. Now the stigma is going away for all forms of cannabis, and everyone is trying to get rich quick from CBD and Hemp. Well, aside from states making all benefits of cannabis legal, we support the folks who know the benefits of CBD. And we say so at our website. If you support, celebrate, or sell CBD, check out the site.

Breathe! Pangu Shengong Moving Form does the trick every time. I also enjoy doing Pranic Healing, miHealth frequencies, listening to music, stillness, sitting outside with my bare feet on the ground and reaching out to other healers to exchange my subtle energy work for theirs (singing bowls, massage, etc.).

Taiji, meditation, acupuncture and herbs. Get out into nature with my camera. Listen to classical music. Hang out with great friends, read a good book. Let it go!

A combination of things - I swim laps, I meditate. I take b-vitamins, vitamin c, vitex and maca. I go for walks, I talk to my friends. When I'm really stressed in LA, I try to stay out of the car. And then, having worked in fashion and beauty for a long time, I sometimes find wandering in and out of shops to be soothing.

Stress is both physical and mental. It also has an added stress level component in your daily routine.  Doing various stretching exercises to include neck extension is a must.  Having the proper head-rest or pillow will help to relax and support the cervical area of the neck along with keeping the body aligned. Using some of these techniques will help rejuvenate, heal the body, and obtain muscle relaxation thereby reducing stress.  Please reach out to me for more helpful tips. Thanks

Staying in the present moment helps me relieve stress. Spending time in nature and practicing self-care through holistic health care, meditation, healthy eating, and getting adequate sleep.

In order to relieve stress, I notice when I feel my muscles tensing up or when I rush to do things, and consciously tell my body and mind to relax. I also go for Reiki Sessions, do yoga and meditate.  Stress causes dis-ease, so its important to keep stress at a minimum and realize most of it is in the mind's perspective of how things are

First of all I don't have any stress in my life, thank the Lord.  I know a lot of folks who deal with it, pain, anxiety and tension and I recommend to them what will eliminate those symptoms from their lives, but it's up to them to take the action.  Many will not heed my advice, but for the ones who do, they see what I recommend gives them their life back.  Not sure what you recommend, but I'm happy you have a solution for these sufferers as well.  Hopefully more will take notice of our knowledge and apply it to their life.
