I invite them to connect, share our solid programs and high ratings with them so that they can see we are a good source. Afterwards, I share with them that they can earn referral fees for helping others find funding. It is easy to earn passive income by referring startups and established business owners to us when they seek funding for equipment, working capital, SBA loans, Real estate funding and Cannabis Industry funding.
My first priority is someone who wants to know about our non-profit and not just talk about themselves. Secondly, someone who is willing to look for ways that BOTH organizations can benefit, ways we can help each other.
The first thing I like to do is meet with them in person to get to know them and find out more about their business and exactly what they do and what sets them apart from other businesses in their field. Then I examine how we can help each other or at the very least refer clients to each other.

Good day Jesse, first and foremost we look for values that we share and the integrity of the business relationships, then we move to see if there is a fit and finally we look into how can we benefit each other or the reciprocity aspect.
An opportunity to sell a retirement plan and or Life Insurance to the owners and to their employees. Not to mention help them sell their products to who I know.
I look for shared interests and how we can support each other in business and personally. I look for individuals who spend more time listening than talking.

The number one thing I look for is that they follow up and get the job done. That's it.
