I just wanted to see how business owners prefer to get contacted by sales representatives about their products. Email, phone calls, physically walk into the store? Thank you in advance.

Email or message on social media. Due to all the scam calls I’m most likely to not answer the phone, also because I work during the day I can respond faster through email not phone calls.
I am just trying to get my online business up and running, totally new at this, so any advice, connections or warnings will be greatly appreciated.
