A solid regular customer base with several different avenues for obtaining new customers makes me feel accomplished.
“Don’t put all your eggs in one basket” has been true for Veteran Shuttle. We provide service to a vast array of customers from different locations. I like to say we have our fishing poles in a lot of different lakes and ponds.
We think outside the box and it is a never ending process! Business is very competitive!
Being in Transportation, I guess feeling accomplished is a very short moment, because something is always on the risk to go south or the next move and so on and so on. Like I always said, we go home in the afternoon and everything is nice, and when we get back the next morning everything is on Fire !!!

For me, it's about making sure the customer is completely satisfied, that I've completed the details of their request and being paid on time.
