By appointment only  one client at a time in spa   Temperatures taken no touch device

Clients hands sterilized upon entering

Spa will be sanitized between each client, high touch areas , workstations, equipment, screens, doorknobs, restrooms.

UV sterilization in every room

Same as before: clean before and after each client.  New action is offer client hand cleaning materials, wearing mask during client/customer interaction.

Social distancing, mask, gloves, hand sanitizer, Face shield To protect me and my customers

I am masked and wear gloves to visit my clinicians, they take my temperature to make sure I am not sick via entering their practice, also they disinfect cases( impressions )etc  and so do I to be able to fabricate the restorations for my doctors and their patients.

SoundPill will remain as an online platform until it is certain that is clear to do in house work with clients. However, the benefit of the SoundPill process is that it is not necessary to do one on one sessions to obtain the benefits of the holistic suggestions and recommendations. Naturally, some protocols can only be carried out in person, but there are plenty of approaches that can take place remotely.

As an occupational therapist in a clinic that specializes in working with the special needs population we need to be very careful.  Most of our clients are immunocompromised due to their disabilities.  We need to be extra cautious.  As soon as we walk in we use On Guard hand wash and between clients, we wear shields, our clients need to see our mouths during our sessions.  We clean with on guard cleaner all day long.  The clients wash their hands when they come into the clinic.                                                            We clean whatever was used before the next client comes in, and spray the room down.   I also diffuse on guard all day long and have he window open. I am still seeing a handful of clients via doxy.me, and some others that are waiting a little longer for any services, but we stay in constant contact with them so that they know that they are still being supported.                                Every person is different and we cannot all be lumped together.  Even healthy people that contract the Coronavirus have been sick in bed for weeks on end.

1 Following basic hygiene I learned as a child 2 Avoiding public transportation and other overcrowded places. 3 Staying out of the city. 4 Doing as much as possible remotely.

One good thing to come from this mess is that many businesses are taking sanitation seriously. The big question is will it continue.

We are very mindful and concerned about the potential spread of Covid-19.  Staying healthy is our main priority.  As we continue to work with clients... we will do so from a comfortable distance.  We are a virtual and mobile business.  It is very easy for us to create meal plans, wellness programs and give support via Zoom meetings, phone chats or email.  We look forward to working with our community to make sure they are keeping their immune systems strong while reaching their lifestyle goals.

I have installed an central HVAC UV sterilization unit as well as room units in each clinical space.  We have doubled the amount of days in the office to accommodate the backlog of patients.

Upon entering our office there will be a health screening (temperature taken and health questionnaire).  Orthodontic visits will be scheduled to maintain social distancing and if parents are in the office they will be wearing a mask.  We have more than adequate PPE for our staff and each patient station will be sterilized after each patient visit.

We are ready to be back and will begin seeing patients on Monday, June 8.

We are doing patient check-in by phone and then once a room has been cleaned and prepared we are calling the patient to meet us at the door where we take the temperature of EVERYONE in the party before escorting them directly yo their room. In addition our staff will be wearing masks at all times when coming in contact with patients.
