Contact us Atty and discuss with them.  If involved get good atty

tread lightly - what type of proof do you have?  what is the amount in question?

if there is a state agency that handles this type of fraud or a federal agency that handles this type of fraud?      (the federal consumer protection agency?   the FTC? more information is required.      has anyone sued the company for fraud?  The SEC   may handle brokerage fraud - but it is very difficult to get them to start an action.

If you do not have to go to an attorney - then it is best... If you want to go to an attorney you may want one who handles class action.... In federal court there may be a minimum amount before you can take an action into a federal court>>   about 5 million - but that would include prospective punitive damages.

Please feel free to give me a call.

If they are fraudulent I would suggest going to the police. Are you sure they still have the insurance money? Is so, retain a litigation lawyer and commence legal proceedings IMMEDIATELY and without notice. If not, you will likely never see a dime.
