Know who your customer is and speak directly to them. A marketing campaign targeting everyone will land on no one.

As I am basically retired my advice would be find someone you trust. I would stay away from people selling other media. Social media is probably the best bet, unless you work with someone like Scott Drake and Auge Grey Drake. Scott knows what's what.
