The block and tackle of the new business world are ad words and SEO. Most of you know that. Someone looks for a stove on line and the next week anyone with any connection with stoves shows up on Facebook, and everywhere else you go. People looking for stoves are treated to Ad results and free results on Google. There is soft wear for both of these needs, or any number of people to go to for help. I recommend people who have companies dedicated to these projects rather than media extensions from radio and TV. What I can do for you is provide the longest working best targeted e mail product. We can do 200,000,000 country wide, or 25,000 to target zips codes. The drill down is superb. This is one step to reach out like conventional advertising but the targeting and direct link take it to digital efficiency.
We are better off here than in most places in many ways, although the money isn't as good, the stress is much less. We can get through this "pandemic" stronger and better with the people we know and work with.

The supply chain is a real problem for Auto, clothing, hardware, and I assume most others. People still need what they needed before, just haven't been able to make it.

Having worked (played) in radio for 40 years, TV for 8, internet for three, the view is rather expanded. My business now is limited to a really targeted e mail system that is I believe the best around. I can help with all three of these areas, but only DO the e mail. Grateful this year to have...

Grateful this year to have friends in and out of business. Grateful for having made it this far.
As I am basically retired my advice would be find someone you trust. I would stay away from people selling other media. Social media is probably the best bet, unless you work with someone like Scott Drake and Auge Grey Drake. Scott knows what's what.
