I agree with the other replies...we don't NEED to drink juices from fruits and veggies. We're actually better off getting our nutrients from whole foods. Without the fiber, juices can cause our blood sugar to spike.
Because of the phytonutrients in raw fruits and vegetables. Any juice from a jar, carton,or can is filled with sugar and other additives. I suggest smoothies. It’s a great way to get your daily fruits and vegetables especially if you have digestive issues.
You don't. Not all fresh juice is healthy for you. It's a myth. Most fruits and vegetables are 90% water. To make an 8 oz glass of orange juice requires 4+ medium size oranges. Would you eat 4+ oranges at one sitting? Most likely not. Yet, your getting all the sugar and high calories without the fiber in a glass of orange juice. Same applies to carrot juice.
Anti-oxidants from fruits to bind free radicals and minerals to support metabolic processes. Beware of added sugar, there is little to no fiber in a straight up juice that will not slow down the amount of glucose getting into the blood stream.
When you consume pure fruit and vegetable juice, you are receiving the full benefits of nutrition without your body having to work at digesting all the fiber, which is where "juicing" is beneficial. I would always use fresh, organic produce, and never drink processed fruit juices. If you don't have the time or desire to juice yourself, check out my article on Ningxia Red! Ningxia Red receives the highest ratings on an ORAC test, which was developed by USDA researchers to measure the ability of anti-oxidants to absorb oxygen radicals.

You are better off eating the whole fruit or vegetable with its fiber. In the case of compromised health a period of freshly made juices might be advisable!

You don't. Eats better to eat whole veggies and fruits. That way you get all the fiber and not a concentrated source of sugar.
